Message	Ive seen mixed reviews on the R888 for a street tire. Considering I dont plan on DD-ing my Z, driving it in rain, snow, cold weather, etc I figured it was worth seeing how it performs as a street tire for myself. There were a few factors that went into this decision for me, and I certainly dont recommend someone to do the same under normal circumstances. I bought a set of wheels and the fronts already had the r888s on them. Also, considering the amount of power I anticipate to be running, traction is going to be at a premium. In addition to that, I was able to secure a pass to PPIR where I can attempt to top out my car for a day. I think a R compound tire with a high mph raiting will come in quite handy for that in particular. Those factors made testing out a full set of r888s an attractive option (95% street use) for me. So we will see how that works out :)
